This place is a HUGE tiktok trend due to their GIANT QUESABIRRIA TACO! And that's exactly what I came for. My opinion that I had prior to ordering was that it may lack flavor and or be too soggy, etc. BOY WAS I WRONG?! that giant thing was packed with flavorrrr and their hand made tortilla definitely held all the ingredients together. WELL WORTH THE $30!!! I was so tempted to finish the whole thing by myself but it was just too good not to share with my husband. Staff were friendly, I enjoyed their choice in music and seating area was cute. DEFINITELY coming back with my kids!! THEY WERE VERY UPSET WHEN THEY FOUND OUT I GOT QUESABIRRIAS WITHOUT THEM.
Reviewing the TRUCK location on 13th Street ...does NOT serve the giant birria taco, i repeat, NO GIANT BIRRIA TACO HERE ..it is ONLY at the San Carlos restaurant location With that said, this truck is stand alone spot in front of a mexican dance club next to a Calderon tires accross the street from the Auto Zone on 13th street. Ordering is simple, look at the pics on the truck and tell the guy what you want(keep in mind he is primarily spanish speaking so if you have a 'special request' order it ain't gonna fly here) !! Note !! , you can NOT call in your order for faster pick up...they will not pick up the phone. Their food is good tho. Can be pricey after ordering birria tacos for the fam but dengit, its worth it. Lol Gonna have to try their resaurant to get that giant quesabirria since they do NOT offer that at this truck(fyi) Overall... Yes please if you gonna order from here and bring it over, No thanks if i gotta drive from evergreen to 13th street to pick it up. Lol

You want the worlds largest taco for about $30? Well, this is the spot. The taco is huge and might give you a heart attack, but it just might be worth it. Parking is a problem here, and you'll have to wait for that large taco, but it's wroth it. Everything we had was pretty good, but slightly overpriced. Still, it was pretty tasty overall. I think it was a unique experience and I'd be willing to try it again.
